Real estate agencies in Los Angeles pay $39.99 to $59.99 per user per month for our managed IT services. Cybersecurity is included at every level, and hands-on support is billed at $150 per hour in 15-minute increments, onsite or remote.

Who counts as a user?

This is the first question most brokers ask, because agents are often independent contractors with their own devices. A user is anyone you want covered: someone with an agency email account whose computer we protect and who can call our help desk. Many agencies cover their staff and full-time agents and decide case by case for part-time agents. We’ll help you work out the right list during the audit.

What each plan includes

  • Basic ($39.99): Advanced email security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup, security awareness training, phishing simulations, dark web monitoring, and a password manager. For agents who work mostly in email, this covers the biggest risk.
  • Professional ($49.99): Adds protection on the computer itself: monitoring, backup, patch management, next-gen antivirus, ransomware detection, and endpoint detection and response.
  • Enterprise ($59.99): Adds 24/7 managed detection and response.

An example

An agency with 5 office staff and 15 agents, all on the Professional plan, has 20 users and pays about $1,000 per month before support time.

How the bill changes

Plans are month to month, so when an agent joins or leaves, you add or remove one user. There are no setup fees and no long-term contract, and you aren’t charged for support time if we don’t resolve the issue.

Tell us how many staff and agents you have and how they work, and we’ll send a quote that shows each option.

We reduce wire fraud risk by securing the email accounts criminals try to hijack and by training your team to spot impersonation before money moves. Both are included in every plan.

How the fraud works

A criminal gets into an email account, or creates an address that looks almost identical to one. They watch a transaction, wait until closing is near, and send the buyer new wiring instructions that appear to come from the agent, the escrow officer, or the title company. Once the money is sent, it is very hard to recover.

What we put in place

  • Email filtering: Advanced email security blocks phishing messages and flags lookalike senders.
  • Account monitoring: Cloud detection and response alerts us to unusual sign-ins and to mailbox rules that quietly forward or hide messages, a common sign that an account has been taken over.
  • Stronger logins: Multi-factor authentication and a password manager make a stolen password far less useful.
  • Exposed credentials: Dark web monitoring tells us when an agent’s login appears in a breach, so the password can be changed before it is used.
  • Training: Phishing simulations and security awareness training teach agents and staff what a fake wiring request looks like.

What your agency should do alongside it

Technology can’t replace a firm rule. Tell every client at the start of a transaction that wiring instructions will never change by email, and require a phone call to a known number before any transfer. We can help you write that procedure and include it in staff training.

If an account is compromised

Call us straight away. We lock the account, remove the attacker’s access, and check what was read or sent, so you can warn the people involved quickly.

No provider can promise that fraud will never be attempted against you. We make it much harder to succeed.

Yes. We support both, and we set each one up differently because the work is different.

Residential real estate agencies

Residential teams tend to be larger and more mobile, with agents joining and leaving through the year. Most of the work happens on phones and laptops, away from the office.

  • Fast onboarding and offboarding: New agents get an email account, access, and security on day one. When an agent leaves, we close their access and keep the agency’s client data with the agency.
  • Protection away from the office: Security follows the laptop to open houses, coffee shops, and home.
  • Help that fits the schedule: Agents can reach our help desk between showings, and most issues are fixed remotely.

Commercial real estate agencies

Commercial teams are usually smaller, with longer deal cycles and larger sums at stake. The files are heavier and the information is more sensitive.

  • Confidential deal information: Financials, rent rolls, and offering materials are restricted to the people working on each deal.
  • Large files: We manage storage and sharing so models, plans, and marketing packages open quickly and can be sent to clients securely.
  • Client security expectations: Institutional clients and lenders may ask how you protect their data. We document your safeguards so you can answer.

What both have in common

Every transaction runs through email, which makes email security the priority in both cases. Both also depend on being reachable, so downtime costs deals. That is why every plan includes email protection and security training, and why our average response time is 14 minutes.

If your agency handles both, or includes property management, we plan for each team’s needs under one agreement.

Yes. Most agents use their own devices, so we plan for that from the start instead of treating it as a problem.

The aim is to protect the agency’s data without taking over an agent’s personal phone or laptop. In practice that means:

  • Secure the account first: Email security, multi-factor authentication, and monitoring protect the agency mailbox on whatever device it is opened from.
  • Protect laptops that handle client files: On the Professional plan and above, an agent’s computer gets antivirus, patching, backup, and threat detection, whether the agency or the agent owns it.
  • Keep agency data separate: Files stay in the agency’s cloud storage, not scattered across personal accounts.
  • Clean exits: When an agent moves to another brokerage, we remove their access to agency email and files without touching their personal content.

Some agents will prefer not to have software on a personal device. That is a policy decision for the broker, and we’ll explain the trade-offs so you can set a rule that is fair and enforceable.

It’s simpler than it sounds, and your agents shouldn’t notice more than a new number to call. We usually have security tools, monitoring, and documentation running within 24 to 48 hours of our audit.

Three things worry brokers most, so here is how we handle each:

  • “Will email go down?” No. Your email accounts stay where they are. We take over managing them and add protection on top.
  • “Who has our passwords?” We collect admin logins, license details, and documentation from your current provider, and hand you a full copy. You keep admin access to your own systems.
  • “Are we locked in?” No. There is no onboarding fee, and every plan is month to month.

Check your current agreement for a notice period, which is often 30 to 90 days, and we’ll schedule the changeover around it. Changes that could interrupt work are done outside business hours.

Our five-year client retention rate is 97%. Tell us what your current provider gets wrong, and we’ll start there.

Our average response time is 14 minutes, and 85% of issues are solved on the first call. Most fixes happen remotely, so an agent can get help from the car or a client’s office. If the problem is at your office and needs hands-on work, we send an engineer the same day.

Yes. We make sure the tools your agents rely on work properly on their devices, including MLS access, transaction management, e-signature, and CRM software. We set up accounts, sort out login and browser problems, and contact the vendor when the fault is on their side. Send us your software list and we’ll confirm what we cover.
